ISLANDIA, N.Y., September 10, 2008 — CA, Inc. (NASDAQ:CA) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular, quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 30, 2008 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 22, 2008.
